Terms of Service
Last updated 24 September 2026. This page applies to Tablesense, Indore, India.
These terms are the agreement between you, the business using Tablesense, and Tablesense. By creating an account, taking a free trial, or paying an invoice, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a café or a company, you confirm you are allowed to.
1. What the service is
Tablesense lets your guests order from your menu over WhatsApp or a QR code, sends the order to your kitchen, produces GST-ready bills, keeps your customer history, tracks stock against your recipes, and invites guests to leave a Google review. It runs on the phones, tablets and computers you already have. We may add, change or withdraw parts of it, and we will tell you before removing anything you rely on.
2. Your account
- You must be eighteen or over and using Tablesense for a business.
- The details you give us must be true, and you must keep them current.
- You are responsible for your logins and for everything done with them, including by your staff. Tell us at once if a login is compromised.
- You are responsible for your menu, your prices, your tax details and the accuracy of the bills you issue.
3. Price and payment
- The plan is ₹8,000 a year plus 18% GST, for the whole product, with no setup fee and no commission on your orders.
- Optional extras are priced separately: Multi-Branch at ₹5,000 plus GST, your own WhatsApp number at ₹6,000 plus GST as a one-time charge, and WhatsApp broadcasting billed at Meta's own rate plus GST.
- Subscriptions are billed a year in advance. Broadcasting is billed for what you send.
- Prices may change. A change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you at least thirty days before.
- We do not charge your card automatically. Renewal happens when you pay the renewal invoice.
4. Free trial
Where we offer a free trial, it runs for the period stated when you sign up. At the end of it you choose a plan or the account becomes read only. Nothing is charged automatically and nothing is deleted. A trial account may have some features switched off, and it may not be used to send marketing messages.
5. How you may use it
You agree not to:
- send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or send anything that breaks Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy,
- sell or list anything you are not legally allowed to sell,
- upload a customer list you did not collect yourself with consent,
- resell, sublicense or white-label the service without our written agreement,
- copy, reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source of the software,
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, or use it to store or send anything unlawful.
Your WhatsApp number and your ability to message guests depend on Meta's rules. If Meta restricts or blocks a number because of how it was used, we will help where we can, but that decision is Meta's and not ours.
6. Who owns what
- Your data is yours. Your menu, orders, bills, customers and stock records belong to you. You can ask for an export at any time while your account is open.
- The software is ours. These terms give you a right to use it while you pay for it, and nothing more.
- We may use aggregated figures that identify nobody, for example the average number of orders a café takes, to improve and describe the product.
- If you send us an idea or a suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything.
7. Things outside our control
Tablesense depends on WhatsApp, on internet connectivity, on your printer and on your devices. A change by Meta, an outage at a provider, or a fault in your own hardware can interrupt the service. We will work to restore it quickly, but we cannot promise a service that never stops. Unless we have separately agreed an uptime commitment with you in writing, the service is provided as it is.
8. Support
Support is over WhatsApp and email at +91 91312 79090 and support@tablesense.in. We answer during business hours and treat anything that stops you taking orders as urgent.
9. Suspension and ending the agreement
- You may stop using Tablesense at any time. Section 4 of our refund and cancellation policy explains what happens to money already paid.
- We may suspend an account that has not paid, that is breaking section 5, or that is putting the service or our WhatsApp numbers at risk. Except in an emergency we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
- When an account ends, we keep your data for ninety days so you can come back or take an export, then we delete it as described in the privacy policy.
10. Liability
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited under Indian law. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Your indemnity
You will cover us against claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, in particular claims about messages you chose to send, content you uploaded, or the goods you sold.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and for a material change we will tell you at least thirty days beforehand on WhatsApp or by email. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, we both agree to try to settle the matter by talking, in good faith, for thirty days.
